The chase and repousse’ designed sterling silver Great Gray Owl cuff bracelet is highlighted with 24KT gold on the wings and face, and copper is inlaid around the owl’s face. The 24KT gold is fused to the sterling silver by the Keum-boo technique; where a thin sheet of pure gold is applied by heat and pressure - mechanical gilding - to produce a permanent diffusion bond. The copper is fused to the sterling silver during the design process, and before the flat sheet of metal is hammered and chiseled into the Great Gray Owl that is making a flappy flight through a forest. The cuff bracelet has a 2.5 inch center width, that narrows to 1 inch on each side. With a 8 inch circumference, the cuff will fit a 7.5” wrist size.
